1.Registration Fee

NOTES:

1. The Full Registration includes: Keynotes, Technical Sessions, Exhibition, Welcome Reception, Lunch, Coffee Breaks and Conference Bag.

2. The Student Registration includes: Keynotes, Technical Sessions, Exhibition, Welcome Reception, Lunch, Coffee Breaks and Conference Bag.

3. Accompanying persons are family and relatives, assistants and so on.

2.Payment

1. Please try to pay the registration fee via the online submission system. If you cannot finish the payment via the online system, you can pay the registration fee via bank transfer. Note that please fill in the related registration information in the online submission system first.

2. All cancellations must be made in writing to snoweng@tongji.edu.cn. Refunds for registration fees will be made in accordance to the following policy:

100% before 23:59 on May 5, 2024 (GMT + 8)

50% before 23:59 on May 17, 2024 (GMT + 8)

After 23:59 on May 17, 2024 (GMT + 8), no refunds provided.

All refunds will be made after the Conference. Any bank charges or processing fees incurred will be borne by the registrant.
